What is the car?

On the EVO, what LEDs come on when you try to remote start?

2010 camaro its on because i disconnected the GWR to the evo-all because when i push the pts button once it sends the signal to turn on GWR to the fortin even though it is only in acc position. the remote start wont work with the GWR is disconnected.
GWR is activation. Basically it's a turn on for the EVO to start doing transponder bypass. To remote start the vehicle this connection is required.

I just noticed your previous post about installing an advanced keys addon push start button. I recommend you visit their forums. It rains of information for many vehicles on there when installing their product.

The advanced keys system is a great product but its installation may require some special wiring with todays more advanced ignition systems.

why does the fortin GWR activate the Y/R wire that is connected to the pink ignition which in turn is like turning on the key when i just want acc on.
The EVO is prepping to remote start the vehicle as designed. That's how it was intended to work. Requiring only accessory is not something remote starters need or require. Right now, you are trying to get the EVO to do something it was not intended to do. Taking the system to a well known specialist in your area may get the advanced key system to have only acc turn on without altering the remote starter portion. This may require some special wiring and adding relays here and there...

If you were to install that same system in a Honda/Toyota/Nissan/Ford, you wouldn't have that problem since they have regular acc/ign/start wiring. GM got fancy with their passlock ignition switch.
