If you are getting the red led flash and then the blue it sounds like it programmed, have you tried using the remote starter to see if the EVO-ALL works?

When I program, on step 4, the led off when I press 1 time and come back when I release, and I go up to step 5 it does flash the RED LED. When I do step 6, the RED LED flash too fast, and I can't count it does 10x or not, but for sure it does flash BLUE LED. On step 7, the BLUE LED goes off. But my remote does not  make the car start. In another car, when I hit the remote, some of the LED do flash, but on this one it doesn't flash anything on EVO-ALL. Also then I start the car by the KEY, it does have YELLOW LED ON.

LET ME KNOW WHAT DO I NEED TO DO.

Thank you
Just to confirm with you that you are following the guide:

at step 4 you are pressing and releasing the programming button once

and at step 5 you are pressing and releasing the programming button once and getting one red led flash per second?

If you are following that i would say that it sounds like your mpdule is programming properly. As for the yellow LED it is monitoring the ignition input to the module and will be on anytime the yellow wire from the 20 pin connector has +12v (if the module is programmed)

What model of remote starter are you using? and is it hardwired or are you using the data cable? ande can you post the service number from the unit? this will allow me to see what options you have turned on in the EVO-ALL

99% of the time on these vehicles, people accidentally use the light blue instead of the light blue/black wire of the EVO-ALL for DATA. The EVO will still program correctly if using the wrong wire. So, make sure that you are using the Light Blue / Black wire of the EVO-ALL for the Data connection.

After correcting the wire, if it still does not remote start. Please provide the EVO-ALL service number and also the model remote starter you are using.

My service number is 001A06 437451

I am Sure the LIGHT BLUE /BLACK  wire of Evo all connect to data Pin 3 like you say.

I am use guide 3024 Connection 4 Program 1 for my car and OEM remote.

I just checked your service number and you have too many option turned ON that should be off.

A1 to A11 should be ON

Everything else should be OFF

If you are connected wire to wire to your remote starter, please cut the Blue and White wire in the DataLink cable.

What remote starter are you using in this vehicle??

" I am use guide 3024 Connection 4 Program 1 for my car and OEM remote."

I just reread your comment, you need a remote starter in this vehicle, The Evo All  DOES NOT support 3xlock start using the OEM remotes in this year vehicle

Which remote you recommend for me to buy?

Also I have one more question, I do have honda odyssey 2006 too. Does that car suppor to be use the OEM or need to get remote starter too?

Thank you

CRIMESTOPPER REVO4 is the one I am looking for.

Does that will work with Honda Civic?

and Does that remote starter function like the OEM key Fob?

Thank you

The Revo-4 is an RF-KIT, not a remote starter.

Look into their high current current remote starter series. like the coolstart models
This is a silly question.

Does the remote stater hard to wire or not? does that easy like Eco-all?

and also I used my wire color code already, is that anyway for me to get an extend for wide color?

The 2006 Honda Odyssey will need a complete remote starter just like your Civic.

Installing a full remote starter is not for your average do-it-yourselfers,  there are high current wires that need to be  TESTED and CONNECTED.
