Parking lights 2013 F 150

In short what do I need to do to make these lights work when remote started

Yes i am using a t harness and the sticker On the front of the box says 71.06

Are you using a remote starter?

I've done a bunch of these, and I always get the + parking light signal from the pass. kick panel in a 10-pin connector. Maybe its changed on the 13, (not sure) but I've used that souce on prob. a dozen 2012 models.
