2019 Tacoma, nothing working as intended

Question

Entering my 2019 Tacoma, push to start Pulls up 2016-2018 guide. Originally thought "no big deal" but after installation nothing works.

lights flash non-stop, flashes "smart entry and start system check" on hud.

Vehicle will not lock, unlock or start. Also the door ding is constantly going off.

 

is this installation guide the wrong guide?  do I need to use the 2020 guide? there is no guide that contains the 2019.

If it's a 2019, it's the same install. Confirm the year by the tenth letter of the VIN starting from the left (K=2019, L=2020).

 

what is the 12 digit service number of the evo module?

If using a T-harness, make sure to use connector B and not connector A.
