Evo-Fort4 stand alone (evo-all) with THAR4

I have installed this unit into my 2016 Ford Escape. The car starts, then the door ajar alert comes up on my display, the car honks 6 times (three short bursts of two honks) and shuts off.

Lock and unlock wires were tapped without issue, the driver door pins were cut and spliced to the evo per directions and in appropriate polar direction.

The driver door ajar sensor functions appropriately when started by key ( as long as evo 20 pin connector  is connected to module)

I have already flashed the module to the current firmware and updated for my vehicle. Any advice? Is there maybe a more detailed walk through for the options when using flash link updated? At a loss here.

Also, the fortin 2 way long range RF kit provided green light confirmation on programming but will not start lock or unlock my car.

Reconnect the driver door pin together and try to remote start, does the car stay running now ?

Hi Mathieu,

Given that the wires had already been attached, I attempted reconfiguring the Module, instead. By Turning off D-2 and the other option to lock after remote start, the starter began working. The only hangup, of course, is the fact that it now does not automatically lock after restart, but will shut off on door open if not disarmed/manually unlocked with fob. I think I just need to play around with the module toggles a bit more to get this thing exactly as I want it.

Thank you,

Ben
