Is int-chr2 data link compatible with python 1601 remote start

Installing in a 2009 Dodge Avenger. Using thar-chr2 cable. Is the data-link cable compatible with a python 1601 remote start unit? The cable fits in the mux port on the 1601 unit. Was not sure if this was the same as a data-link.

It is but only does fortin protocol.

 

Wire to wire is 3 wires so I would suggest maybe just going that route.
