You don't have to reprogram the keys. Does the car actually crank, start, then die-off after 2-3 seconds or do you get no cranking or of the starter at all?

Two most common reasons why this can happen

  1. After removing the t-harness, the original transponder connector wasn't reconnected in its original slot or is not sitting properly in the slot
  2. Please read this post: https://wirecolor.com/en/qa/16063/why-am-i-not-able-to-start-jk-with-the-key-after-install-of-evo-all?show=16063#q16063

Should deff. not have to do that....try disconnecting the battery  for 20-30mins to reset the computer and it should relink your smart key automatically as part of the reset.

Thanks guys I'll go over and check the connection ..but pretty sure they are OK ...and no the car does not crank over at all since removing
Did you remove the EVOALL module and left the t-harness connected in vehicle ? If yes, either remove the t-harness and reconnect factory harness OR connect only the red connector of the EVOALL and try to start.
I did remove the harness completely
