I have the Evo All with the T-Harness hooked up in stand alone now I want to add a Crimestopper remote start, so do I have to rewire using installation D in the manual to add the Crimestopper?

Yes you would need to follow connection D in this guide to have it installed in conjunction with a remote starter if you are using datalink.

Also for the MUX wire. I'm not sure I have the same color of wire listed in the manual as I do in the Jeep.
