Unlock keys only work for 48 hours?

That's pathetic. I shouldn't have to pay to be able to access instructions to install a product I purchased, I haven't even started the install and this activation key is expired.

Personaly I think the guides are spot on, the activation key for wirecolor is kinda pointless in my opinion.  I have purchased products at different times of the year with the intention of using it down the road, rarely do I stray from the guides found on this site.

Guides are free to get on fortin.ca after doing a vehicle search.

Wirecolor is used for just that, getting wiring info if some is needed.

Every EVO-Series product has a one activation key in the box, not needing to purchase a $5 key.

Most install guides have all the necesssary information.

Most of the time, you do not need wirecolor to install any of our products.

It is stated on the subscription page, before clicking the Add to Cart, that the token is only valid for 48 hrs.

If you have purchased a $5 token online, and the time has expired, just send an email to support@ifar.ca. We will either supply you with a new activation key or send you a pdf copy of the wirecolor info available (including pics if pics are available). Please mention which vehicle though.

If you have purchased your product through eBay or Amazon, you should also contact that reseller as he has not supplied you with the activation card is always in the box.
