Hi Steve, what is the service number of your module? Do you have 2 original Ford keys? What does it say on the keyshaft, any lettering? Thanks

it says sa on key and yes it the 2 factory keys if you put the first key in then the second key and go back to the first key the doors will lock and unlock so the system should not be locked ser#000902017367

Here's some common tips when trying to program an EVO-RIDE using the factory Ford key programming procedure (programming 2).

  • Cut off datalink (blue and white wires in datalink connector).
  • Rx is always Pin-4 at the immobilizer connector, so the Purple/White of the EVO-RIDE should be connected to Pin-4.
  • Even though it says SA on the key, it's possible that it's actually 40-bit and not 80-bit. Only way too know is by metering Pin-1 at the immobilizer. Connection 3 shows what too look for.
  • If it's really 80-Bit, Step 2 of the programming needs to be skipped.
  • Instead of waiting 3 seconds per key, wait 5 seconds.
its is a 80 bit put key in not on and there is 12volts is the system locked or do i need to use a higher vr
You're currently at the highest firmware for the EVO-RIDE hardware 2.

Personally if you have some of these in stock, I would just use an EVO-KEY so that you can use the 1-key DCryptor programming instead. Prevents having to worry about having a cloned key or if the vehicle is already loaded up with it's max amount of keys.
what about evo all and i just got vr4 for evo ride in so these should work
evo-all is also another option since you can use the 1-key dcryptor programming procedure.  When the regular 2-key programming is being a little brat and not allowing bypass programming, i tend to swerve towards just using the Dcryptor.
