my EVO-ALL CHAR4 programs and works 1 times

MY EVO-ALL was programmed twice the same way as discribed in the manaual. each time the unit works 1 time then stops working. I have a 2014 Chrysler town and country. Can you help?

Please provide service number.

Are you using 3x lock ? When it doesn't work, what does it do ? Does the blue light still flash when pressing Lock on the factory remote ?
