EVO ALL will not by pass the key when remotes tarted

Question

key programming was successfull but when remote starting the EVO ALL will not by pass the key, ( the key symbol flashing ) . Using the Crime stopper as remote starter the Fortin option was selected on Crime stopper menu option.

If the key is iserted in the igntion key the remote starter will work, some how it is not receiving the signal to activate .
