Did one yesterday with an EVOONE and THAR-FORT1, worked perfectly. Connect the yellow wire of the 20 pin connector to the yellow wire of the t-harness.

2016 ford transit 250 has no barrel connection for rx and tx? but t harness does? where or how to connect?
Yes there is connection for rx and tx and the ignition barrel, connector is in the t-harness. It's a small 4 pin connector located under the ignition barrel, very close to the key slot.

I dont see it, is this harness designed for the transit  connect ,maybe, i have the transit 250 work van

From this picture, it looks like your Transit does not have transponder. Where are you located ?

EVOALL should still work for all other features, you will have to take the black wire from the t-harness transponder connector and connect it to chassis ground. Your vehicle is different than the ones used for testing so functionnality can not be guaranteed.

For programming you will have to release button when LED is BLUE, turn ignition, wait for blue to flash and then turn ignition OFF.
I have already supplied frame neg. to black wire in t harness just to get it to power up. I will try your method of programming,
located in illinois
I attemped the programming on blue led , it does not flash with key on.
Please advise me if i need to return this evofort1. thx
Can you post a picture of the key ?

here are the keys ,i have 2

Some US version of the transit do not have a factory passive immobilizer. All this means is the 4 pin connector of t-harness would not be used.

To program CAN-BUS only, you must release when the LED is only BLUE, then turn ignition on. The blue LED will do one of three things at this.

  1. Turn OFF
  2. Stay ON
  3. Start to Flash

If your BLUE LED does not flash, what does it do?

Stays on, also was wondering if I have to turn off immobilizer using flashlink?
And is there a different programming sequence, do I need a separate fob for remote start now
If the blue led DOES NOT shut off when turning the vehicle's key to the ign position, you need to check the voltage on the yellow wire on the 20 pin connector (pin A1)

This wire should have 12v the second you insert the key into the ignition switch, we are connected on the "keysense" wire.

You can also turn OFF option A3 in the options tab of the evo

Thank you,
Is that the only programing I need to do ,since I don't have a immobilizer? To get it to work using factory 3x lock on factory key?
Yes and make sure that C1 and D1 are enabled in the options tab.

Thank you,

1) no rx tx connected since i have no transponder

2) yellow wire connected to yellow/black-keysense-ohm'd to confirm postion 6 on plug to ignition

3)black wire connected to frame neg.

4) can high and low connected, gray to gray/orange can high

can low gray/black connected to violet/orange- stripped and wrapped, taped.

thats all that is connected

5) connected 4 pin to evoall holding button , released on blue,  plugged  in red connector, 20 pin , can plug,  inserted key, turned to on, blue light goes out , then flashes, removed key, flashing blue light turns off

6) pressing lock or unlock on key does not turn any lights on evoall,  just locks and unlocks doors, pressed lock and unlock on aftermarket  alarm fob, no lights, same just locks and unlocks

7) put key in ignition yellow light comes on, start  the van and just stays yellow

what am i doing wrong?

plus i turned off a3, confirmed c1 , d1, d2 on , then d2 off, no change, did master reset, reinstall options , no change. turned off hood pin , no change.

im lost at this point
it would seem that oem remote monitoring is not supported on that particular model, since the blue led is not flashing on oem remote button presses, please try touching the Yellow/Black wire in the 20 pin connector to ground for about half a second and tell me if the vehicle remote starts in standalone. if so, you will need to add a RF kit to be able to control the system.

Thank you,
It did start touching yellow/black to neg., looks like I need a rf kit, thx.
I finally recieved the crimestopper revo1 rf kit, installed, programmed evoall  and remotes, works great. thx for all your help.
