Hello,

Sounds like something is preventing the evo from attempting to start. Is the red led on underneath the yellow loop?

Does the car flash the parking lights (if connected) when attempting to remote start?

Best regards.

Red light under the loop is on. didn't see the parking lights
"Red light under the loop is on."

The module is in valet mode, to exit valet mode:

- turn ignition on

- press 3x on the valet swtich

- turn ignition off

Got valet mode off, and it attempts to crank for 5~ seconds and then stops. lights come on, ac blows but then it stops. and immobilizer icon is shown, probably gonna try a factory reset since it seems it might not be flashed correctly.

I very much appreciate the help by the way.
Final update: Before factory resetting, I found that a pin in the 20 pin secondary connector was bent ( Bypass config. LT Blue I believe), when reshaped and a full connection was made it now fully starts remotely. Thanks for the help troubleshooting Derek G, hope you have a good one!
Glad you got it sorted!
