Mustang Evo All Car does not start

I have completed the programming procedure on the Evo All and at the end of the procedure the ignition activates but when I click my lock button 3 times the car does not start. Next the factory alarm goes off every 5 mins or so. Please help

Two things to do :

1. Disable option D2 in your options. You do not need this option in Ford vehicles. The factory alarm disables with ignition and transponder present. I can see it giving you problems with the factory alarm if it's enabled.
2. The Lock and Unlock wires are not required for this vehicle since we control door locks through Can-Bus (which you technically are not even using anyway since you are using the OEM remote)

 

Make sure the Orange wire on the EVO is properly grounded. This is what tells the EVO if the vehicle has a factory alarm or not.

 

The door pin connection, make sure the wires are not reversed, green/white and green/red
