EVO-one stopped working

Question

The remote start stopped working as well as the door lock control. I still get the door lock confirmation beep but nothing happens. Remote start does not trigger any lights or noises. The EVO-ONE yellow light is on solid no matter if the truck is off or running. I attempted to master reset but when i let go of the programming button when red the yellow light comes on too. I also tried to plug the evo into the flashlink updater but it never shows up. This unit has been installed and working for 4 months until now.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Is the Yellow wire from the 20 pin connector connected to ignition ?

Yes, I have the t harness and this has worked for about 4months. I use the CS RS4 remote kit. when lock or unlock i get a chirp but no action on the door locks. WHen i try the remote start i get nothing. the evo does not click or change from the solid yellow state.

Do you have another RF kit? I doubt the Evo just stopped working for no reason...Maybe the RF kit is the issue? Have you tried re programming the RF kit?

Have you tried resetting and re programming the evo as well?

You will need to check for voltage on the Big Pink wire in the 6 pin main harness while the vehicle is OFF.

Also check for voltage on the small yellow wire on the 20 pin connector while the vehicle is OFF.

With the 20 pin connector UNPLUGGED, is the yellow led still on on the evo unit?

Did you connect to the vehicle's parking lights? If yes, which wire did you use and how did you connect it.
