why wont my parking lights work

after installing a relay and wiring  I remote start and the parking lights dont come on .after testing all is good  except the brown/white  wire comming from the 20 pin connector it is not showing ground while running after remote start there for not triggering the relay

The truck is a 2013 ford f150. The 12 digit #. Is 001A06251951. The brow/white wire is #A14 on the 20 pin connector . And yes the relay turns on the parking lights when a ground is applied to the # 85 terminal. The relay is wired fused 12volt power to terminals 86 and 87 and the #30 terminal is connected to the yellow / blue wire terminal 6 on the. BCM 10pin connector on the pass side. The A14 brown/white wire is not producing a ground when remote started

What vehicle and what is the 12 digit service number on the EVO-ALL?

Have you tried testing the relay by grounding which ever pin on the relay you have setup as the negative trigger?

A14 brown/white is for handbrake,  you need to use negative parking light wire from starter(not from evo-all) to your #85 on your relay.
